Dizengoff Street – Tel Aviv’s heart of hearts

We are building a small, intimate project in an urban-style building featuring clean, careful lines in accordance with the Municipality’s policy for construction in the area.

The project offers 3-4 room apartments and a penthouse in this 7-story building.

In the interior design, special emphasis has been placed on optimal utilization of space in each one of the apartment’s spaces.

The apartments overlooking Dizengoff Street feature balconies overlooking the treetops lining the street. The rear apartments have peaceful, pleasant balconies of their own.

The renovation work on the building (under TAMA 38) included replacement of all of the building’s interior systems with brand-new systems in accordance with the standards and 2019 quality grades.

Dizengoff Street – one of the city’s main, most important thoroughfares, was once renowned as the stronghold of Israel’s bohemian scene. It is the hub of Israel’s rich cultural heritage, upon which numerous generations came of age. The street has come to life again in the past ten years, taking its place as one of the city’s prime locations. The famed Dizengoff Square has just recently undergone a complete makeover.

The project is located in a central part of Dizengoff Street, 400 meters from Dizengoff Square. It offers easy accessibility to all of the cultural centers, cafe’s and centers of the city’s nightlife, is 500 meters away from the famous Gordon Beach and a short distance from the Tel Aviv Port Complex – all the spots that give life in Tel Aviv that very unique flavor.

Other locations within walking distance from the project are – Beit Lessin Theater, Rabin Square, Dizengoff Center Mall, Frishman Beach, Gordon beach, and more.

Most importantly, the project is located just 500 meters away from the light rail station at the intersection of Dizengoff and Arlozorov Streets, which is scheduled to begin operation in 2024, and which will increase real estate values in the area.
