• Building additions to existing apartments – according to building outlines, plans and building rights

 

• Extra sun balconies

 

• Additional parking, according to plans and building rights

 

• Renovation and design of building fronts

 

• Remodeling a stairwell and adding a new elevator

 

• Establishing a new and luxurious lobby

 

• Replacing water, gas, plumbing and electricity infrastructure

 

• Environmental design: garden, fences, lighting, access paths, etc.

TAMA 38 – Amendment 2 – Construction Evacuation

 
• Demolition of the building and construction of a new building that meets the newest and most stringent standards.

 

• Strengthening the building against earthquakes according to Israeli Standard 413 and 2413

 

• Upgrading tenants’ rights and the quality of their apartment based on an agreement.

 

• Additional parking, according to plans and building rights

 

• Environmental design: garden, fences, lighting, access paths and more

 

• Mortgage financing for the construction period, subject to the contract

 

• Carrying the contents of the apartment financed by the developer, subject to the contract.
