About the project

This is a high-quality urban renewal project – TAMA 38 – in the heart of Kiryat Ono, close to the upscale Reisfeld Neighborhood, at 20-22 Hazamir Street. Two and a half stories are being added onto two buildings in this project. The project consists of 22 new apartments built to the highest construction standard. As part of the project, the existing tenants benefit from up to 25 square meters of enlargement to their existing apartments, a balcony, elevator and more.

Under the project, 22 new apartments have been put on offer. The apartments feature a rich specification and have been built to exceedingly high standards based on careful design. All of the apartments have been sold and populated.
